Installing a lift . Very difficult to climb all those steps carrying luggage

Cleanliness, the view, the central location, value for money, the staff, high water pressure in showers, clean pool.
Make the hotel more accessible for wheelchairs. Either install a lift to the main road or tarmac the rear entrance. Wi-Fi is also very very slow, 4G and 5G are a lot faster.
