Most helpful staff and pleasant to converse with. Have us the apartment we wanted from previous stays which really helped the kids who have autism.

Plenty of sunbeds.
There was no UK TV available. Reception was only manned on a part time basis. Advise that people with mobility issues should not use this hotel. The back gate entrance is not an alternative to the mountainous steps.
