Nice big rooms with space for clothing to be put away. Lovely strong shower. Beech towels to use for free
Maybe a new kitchen, it is at the end of it's life as we say. Also new pans as they are old

It was mostly very quiet
Out of hours reception service wasn't very good. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed to congregate noisily outside our apartment during the daytime.
